TheWebScoder shall not be responsible for delays resulting from the Client's failure to provide required information or approvals.
Revision requests are provided according to the purchased package or written agreement.
Revisions apply only to the original project scope.
Requests for additional pages, features, functionality, or substantial design changes after approval may incur additional charges.
TheWebScoder develops websites using current industry standards and best practices.
The Client is responsible for reviewing all website content, functionality, and design before final approval.
Following approval and website deployment, any additional work requested shall be treated as new work and may be billed separately.
Where TheWebScoder registers domain names, web hosting, SSL certificates, or other third-party services on behalf of the Client, such services remain subject to the terms and conditions of their respective providers.
The Client is responsible for ensuring renewal payments are made before expiry unless a separate maintenance or renewal agreement exists with TheWebScoder.
TheWebScoder shall not be responsible for interruptions, data loss, or service suspension caused by expired domains, hosting services, or third-party provider failures.
SEO and digital marketing results depend upon numerous external factors beyond TheWebScoder's control.
Accordingly, TheWebScoder does not guarantee:
Marketing campaigns will be professionally managed using industry best practices; however, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
All preliminary concepts, mock-ups, wireframes, drafts, development files, source code, documentation, and working files remain the property of TheWebScoder until full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the approved final deliverables shall transfer to the Client, excluding:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TheWebScoder reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio, website, social media platforms, and promotional materials for marketing purposes.
Confidential projects subject to a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall not be published without the Client's written consent.
TheWebScoder respects the confidentiality of all client information.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project unless disclosure is required by law or expressly authorized in writing.
Projects may involve third-party products or services, including hosting providers, payment gateways, domain registrars, plugins, APIs, analytics platforms, and marketing platforms.
TheWebScoder is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TheWebScoder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from the use of our services.
The total liability of TheWebScoder for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
